I just became a fan after reading At Any Price. Excellent psychological drama.
So … I went to sign up for your newsletter and found your blog entry that the next book in the series had been pushed back into 2016 and you weren’t quite sure why.
Well, like most guys, I like to fix things, so I’ll venture a guess. My qualification: I stayed home for 5 years with our kids. Your trying to raise two children and two puppies at the same time is … more than full-time hard work, before you ever get a chance to spend quality time with your muse. Just saying.
Anyway, I’ll shut up. These days I prefer to listen or read creative writers, and you certainly are such. Thanks, Jon
hi Jon! Thanks for your kind words. So glad you enjoyed AT ANY PRICE. I’m always glad to accept words of wisdom from someone who has been in the trenches (of parenthood! LOL). And yes, personal life is definitely a factor behind it. There’s a lot I’m working on in the new year including a new way to organize and compartmentalize my tasks. After reading at any price, I was hooked:) I have read all 4 books thus far and I am waiting patiently (no I lie-trying very hard to be patient lol) for the next 2 books in the gaming series. Can’t wait to see if Katja also finds some geek ar Draco. Continue enthralling us with your writing-just love it!

I read all 4 books of Gaming the system series. I loved all 4 books. I cried a lot for Adam and Emilia and enjoyed Jordan and April’s story. To be honest, I hate waiting. I didn’t know that there’s going to be more than four books in the series otherwise, I would not have started reading this yet until all are published. So now I’m patiently waiting for the 5 and 6. At the end of the 3rd book “At any moment”, you did provide a very good conclusion for Adam and Emilia and that was so worth knowing for me. I love Superheroes! I love ComiCon, I volunteer every year @ San Diego CC and have been for the past four years. But, it’s not why I loved your writing. The characters in your book is relatable and believable. It’s really excellent. Thank you for writing these stories and I hope that you publish the next series soon because Oct is a long way to go. More power to you.
Hi Jennifer, Brenna is out of town buy I’ll make sure she sees your comment when she gets back. Book 5 (William and Jenna) will be out sometime in spring. Book 6 will be fallish. The October date on iBooks is just a placeholder. We have to give them a date to put the book up for preorder. As soon as we have an actual release date we’ll change the date there.
